Honeygirl, hailing from Queen Creek, Arizona, brings three chords and real truth, energy, emotion, and a little fun to each show. With modern and throwback country sounds, blended with a rock edge, sticky pop jangles, bluesy riffs, a little humor and more, Honeygirl offers music lovers a range of original songs written by Kira Brown and Scotty “Honeyboy” Johnson (Gin Blossoms, Roger Clyne & The Peacemakers) that takes listeners on a journey from the very first song to the last.

Born and raised under the open skies of the desert Southwest, Brown once hailed herself as the “Kiraoke” queen. From karaoke contests to a bona fide country musician writing and singing stories about life and love, Honeygirl has become a fan-favorite in the Arizona music scene. Not long after Brown met Scott Johnson, the pair became a songwriting duo and band, penning Honeygirl music and “Girl on the Side,” published on the 2018 Gin Blossoms album, Mixed Reality.
