Advisory Board

Matthew Mains is the Arizona/Nevada market manager for U.S. Bank’s Commercial Real Estate team, a position he has held since 2008. He is responsible for the management and strategic growth of U.S. Bank’s institutional commercial real estate clients based in those two states. Mains is an active member of the bank’s local leadership council and foundation grant committee. He also participates in the bank’s local advisory board functions.

Mains has more than twenty-six years of banking experience, with over twenty-three of those years being in commercial real estate lending. Prior to joining U.S. Bank, he spent eleven years with Wachovia Bank in Arizona, Florida, and North Carolina; three years with MidFirst Bank in Oklahoma; and three years with Bank of America in North Carolina. He holds a bachelor of arts degree in business administration and marketing from the University of Findlay in Findlay, Ohio, where he also was a four-year starter for the men’s basketball team.

In addition to serving on the advisory board of the Musical Instrument Museum, Mains is also a member of the Real Estate Investment Advisory Council (REIAC). Additionally, he serves as president of the Pinnacle High School boys’ basketball booster club in Phoenix.
